I made a total of 3 trips to casa searching for the vehicle I wanted, I was never pressured and always respected, Cesar was my sales agent and was amazing for us, the first time we made sure the unit we wanted was on the lot, the second time we stop by to compare to other models, and the third time we were able to get all the paper work done on line and spent very little time waiting, The staff at casa was attentive and respectful, making sure all are needs were met. We went over the casa contract and everything was explained, the Casa lifetime guarantee is something that really sold us on the unit.
