He did not discriminate based on appearances in customers, and was very kind in his interactions with me and my wife. He was very patient and hardworking when it came to giving us the opportunity to test drive the Ford Mavericks that they had available. He was able to tell us about the interior, exterior, and functions of the vehicle, as well as the options for the display screen. He explained the differences between the packages in gas mileage, pricing, and their differences in equipment like a true professional. I love my Maverick, and I highly recommend Eladio Rodriguez!

While driving home to Florida from California, my 2023 F-150 broke down just five miles from Casa Ford of Las Cruces. At first, I thought it was a transmission issue—the truck wouldn’t move in 2-wheel drive but would go forward in 4-wheel drive. I called the dealership and spoke with Steve, who advised me on whether I could safely get the truck there. This happened the day before Thanksgiving. After explaining the situation, I was told it might be Friday or Monday before they could even look at the truck, and potentially a week or two before repairs could be completed. I flew home for the holiday, expecting a long wait. To my surprise, I received an update that the rear axle was the issue and that parts were being diverted. By Friday, I got another notice—the repair was already complete, and the truck was ready for pickup. In total, Casa Ford had my vehicle for only three days, even during a major holiday week. I want to sincerely thank Steve and the entire maintenance staff for their professionalism, communication, and quick turnaround. They turned what could have been a stressful, drawn-out situation into a smooth experience and got me back on the road far sooner than expected.
