Called my sales person and he said that he will check that it should come with an air inflator kit not a spare tire that he would check with manager. It turns out the vehicle did not came with neither. But my sales guy called me another day to let me know that casa ford will help me with the air inflator and got it today. So, ask for nate when you go buy at casa ford.
