I went for service (twice) literally on Saturday then Monday, the first service advisor to help me was Ricardo (HORRIBLE) he said there were no issues w my tire however I believed different as it had gotten as low as 18 twice, he still said it was fine ( they simply just added air again and removed the tpms light) but it wasn’t as it lowered again, I went back on Monday but Ricardo wasn’t there so Steve (THE BEST OF THE BEST) helped my husband and I he was super nice, friendly, great attitude, he kept updating us and once it was ready he walked us out and with such an awesome attitude, you can easily notice his vivid character. We love him, if it’s for us we’d go to him every time. Steve made it up for the whole situation with the bad service advisor Ricardo. So we give Steve 5 stars. Train them all like him KIA
