" I cannot recommend Sergio Marco enough! I took my 2011 Ford Escape in because the Airbag light was on. The Technician quickly diagnosed it to be a faulty wire in the wire harness. Sergio took the time to keep me informed throughout the repair process, he even sent me photos of the bad wires they found. They did an excellent job at doing the repair without the need for additional parts, saving me money and the turn around was fast. Brought the truck in on 25 Apr., 3 Hrs later the programming was finished and ready for pickup. I have a travel trailer, and I am glad that Ford pushed this recall out in a timely manner.
