Casa Honda

We had the pleasure of meeting Dori who made the rental car situation very pleasant and she was exceptional with customer service and communication.

We recently purchased a 2026 Toyota 4Runner Hybrid, and once again Ivan "The Great" Maxwell knocked it out of the park! At this point, my husband and I seem to go through vehicles like most people go through underwear, and Ivan has been there through more of our purchases than I can count. Every single time, he treats us like family and makes the process as smooth and stress-free as possible. This purchase was no exception. Ivan went far above and beyond to help us get into exactly the vehicle we wanted. He was patient, honest, responsive, and worked hard to make the numbers come together. He even helped us with things that had nothing to do with the actual sale, which is just the kind of person he is. Car buying can sometimes feel overwhelming, but Ivan always makes us feel comfortable and never pressured. That's why we keep coming back. If you're looking for someone who genuinely cares about his customers and will work hard for you, ask for Ivan. We couldn't be happier with our new 4Runner Hybrid and are incredibly grateful for everything he did for us. Thanks again, Ivan! We'll probably be back sooner than we should be. 😄

Had an amazing experience with David. He was quick & the customer service was phenomenal.

Nicholas helped me find the "right fit" vehicle for my lifestyle. He was attentive, patient and helpful with the purchasing process. I know a few other people he has helped and they are happy with their vehicles as well. That's why I came to CASA. I recommend all TEACHERS in APS see Nicholas (like Santa Claus) for your next vehicle! Merry Car Shopping! - Ms. 💕

This is the only place in Alamogordo where you can get genuine OEM fluids for your Honda, directly. Felix in the Parts Service section took very good care of me. Cant hate on the free popcorn either 😋 Aviator 10 better watch out!

Excellent customer service from everyone who assisted me.
