The best car buying experience I've ever had. My 2015 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk had a service transmission service light. I took it to the local Jeep dealership to get it diagnosed. After waiting 8 days I finally got a diagnosis, the entire transmission and PTU needed to be replaced. The quote $11k before labor. I called around for other repair shops,either they couldn't get the parts or their estimates were about the same. I was without a car and didn't want to jump into a car payment I couldn't afford. I reached out to Casa Mazda of Las Cruces. I was interested in a 2025 Mazda3 lease. I was contacted by a salesman Benjamin Salas. I knew what I wanted and Benjamin was always available and working to get me the deal I could afford. The best thing is that we mainly communicated through text, email and phone. I've financed enough cars to know that I hated walking into a dealership and the whole new car game. I submitted all information for a lease with Mazda through Benjamin via email and text. The whole process took 1 day. I was able to get approved for a lease with an affordable car payment. Once everything was approved Benjamin picked me up and I took the vehicle for the test drive, I was so happy. We went to the dealership to finalize the paperwork. The wait time was less than 2 hours. They washed the car and filled it up. Benjamin was wonderful and very knowledgeable. I recommend this dealership and this salesman.

Although I didn’t get any service done, both Jason and Marcus were great help with trying to get my car serviced as soon as possible. They were great at contacting me about my car and letting me know what was needing to be done and how soon it would be done! Thank you I’m glad to have my car back to soon. :)
